Large Commercial accounts requiring a high level of service are a large part of our winter snow plowing maintenance contracts. Large Institutional complexes and industrial sites make up the remainder of our snowplowing and ice control contracts. We know the specific needs these sites have in the winter months, in addition to snow removal and we work with property managers and associations to meet the snow plowing needs of each individual site. We strive to provide a complete winter property maintenance program to all our clients. Our acquisition of more equipment each year, allows us to service more properties in the winter months while keeping our high standards and exceeding the expectations of our clients. All of our vehicles are equipped with Nextel 2 way radios and cell phones. This year we have expanded our fleet of vehicles and equipment dedicated to snow plowing in the winter months. We use modern equipment such as snow pushers mounted on loaders and skid steer loaders to remove and pile snow. We have expanded our fleet of trucks to include larger vehicles, such as our new Chevy 4500 dump truck. We are one of the few contractors in our market area that offers liquid de-icer in addition to granular de-icers. We are always seeking ways to make our job safer, easier, and more valuable for our customer, while still meeting and their needs and striving to exceed their expectations.

We provide superior service with attention to detail. We monitor all our contracted sites 24 hours a day before, during, and after snow and ice events to ensure they are kept safe. We fully understand your tenants, customers,  employees, and the general public's need to be able to travel your property safely, and that is our goal. We employ the latest techniques and use the most up to date tools to maintain your property. We are capable of removing snow from your site, by loading into to dump trucks to free up parking spaces, and to address safety concerns caused by piles of snow. Because we are dedicated to our business, and take it very seriously, we joined the Snow & Ice Management Association (SIMA). SIMA has helped us become better at what we do. They have kept us up to date on the latest products to help make our jobs easier, and produce better results for our customers. SIMA offers us many tools to help educate ourselves about our profession, and we are proud to be members. We feel this additional education will better enable us to remain an industry leader in our market area, and increase the benefits our clients receive because of our dedication to educating ourselves and our clients about our business, and how we meet their goals as well as our own.

We are one of the few contractors in the area that uses 'cutting edge' de-icing liquids in addition to granular ice melters. The liquids reduce the amount of time it takes for the melting process to begin. This allows us to have our customers' properties free of ice before other area contractors have their sites safe.

We have our own stockpile of salt that we keep on hand throughout the winter to eliminate the delay of having to travel to local suppliers, and 'hoping' they have enough material in stock when we finally get there. This helps ensure that our customers' properties receive timely applications of salt. We try to keep at least 75 tons on hand all winter, and have access to more as needed.
